Luke’s journey into the hospitality industry began in 2022, following years of experience in advertising across India and the UAE. While exploring new professional avenues, an unexpected opportunity came his way — associating with Wild Planet Resorts, a reputed luxury resort group operating in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, as the Business Development Manager for the Karnataka region.

Though new to the sector, he quickly adapted — taking charge as the sole person managing B2B sales and marketing operations across the entire Karnataka region. He went on to represent the brand at major hospitality exhibitions and trade shows across India and built strong relationships with corporate clients by successfully handling group retreats and events for companies like Hewlett-Packard, JustFence, and IBS Software.

It was during this period that he discovered the powerful impact of facilitating well-curated travel experiences and the personal connections it fosters. His strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on involvement made him stand out — not just as a business generator, but as a problem solver who would go to great lengths to ensure his clients enjoyed the best possible travel experiences. 

Franco Anil Tours & Travels, established in 2025, is Luke’s second entrepreneurial venture, founded with a vision to offer value-driven, thoughtfully curated hospitality consultancy for leisure and business travellers alike.
